Situation
- Installed or updated to Service Desk 7.3
- Unable to login to Service Desk because of License Violation error
- Importing Technicians or Supervisors through LDAP
- Creating local Technicians or Supervisors
- One additional Technician license is consumed

Resolution
For new installs or updates, this is fixed in a second release of Service Desk 7.3.
