Native Mac Mail Client: New items not showing up

Environment

Novell GroupWise 2014

Situation

Newly delivered mail does not show up in the inbox unless the mac mail application is restarted or the user waits for a very long time.

This doesn't happen with all Mac Mail clients.  It seems to fail more often with Version 9.1 and 10.11.1

Resolution

The fix for this is in the GroupWise 2014 R2 SP1 HP2 patch for Linux or Windows.
