How to change the System User email address in Service Desk

Environment

Novell Service Desk 7.x User Configuration

Situation

  • The Queues option is enabled in Admin portal > Setup > Privileges > Request
  • Want a user or distribution list to be notified when a call comes into the queue

Resolution

There is currently no way to change this from the Service Desk web console. This change requires running a database query on the Service Desk database.
