Novell Service Desk 7.x User Configuration
Situation
- The Queues option is enabled in Admin portal > Setup > Privileges > Request
- Want a user or distribution list to be notified when a call comes into the queue
Resolution
There is currently no way to change this from the Service Desk web
console. This change requires running a database query on the
Service Desk database.
