Situation

When building the Linux RAM Disk (LRD) the following message appears when executing the rebuildiso.sh script:

ERROR:
genisoimage needs to be 64 bit version 1.1.11-23 or later in order to build EFI-aware ISOs.

A check of the version of genisoimage on the Linux system returns version 1.1.11


Resolution

Build the LRD on a supported 64 bit version of the operating systems below when injecting 64 bit drivers.

Cause

The LRD should be built on a 64 bit Linux system running the following Distributions:

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP2
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP3
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP4
