Situation

What version of Change Guardian is currently running? 
How to determine if Change Guardian is running the latest version?

Resolution

To verify the version of NetIQ Change Guardian that is currently running execute the following command on the Change Guardian Server command prompt. 

rpm -qa|grep ncg

The resulting version will provide the currently running version. 

Cause

The version of Change Guardian is not displayed in the WebUI or the Policy Editor and must be queried from the server.
