MFSD Store configuration failing to connect to ZENworks server

Upgrade to MFZSD
Setting up the MFSD Store functionality integrated with ZENworks.

Test = Urgent "Cannot connect to the provided ZENworks server."


Check configuration of the MFSD Store integration with ZENworks is Enabled
Setup > Privileges > System
Enable ZENworks Integration = Yes

Check Store Settings are Enabled
Setup > Privileges > System
Store Config Enable = On

Check the MFSD LDAP Name is the same as the ZENworks Configuration Management User Source Name
MFSD > Setup >  LDAP > Server Name   =   ZCC > Configuration > User Sources > Name

Check that ZCM Zone being Integrated is Registered with ZENworks Service Desk
ZCC > Configuration | Management Zone Settings > Service Desk Management > Service Desk Registration

Verify the ZCC Administrator that is going to be Store Administrator has
-Bundle Rights in the ZCM Zone
-Administator Role in Service Desk
