Unable to reply to, or forward a, message in WebAccess after upgrade to iOS 10

Environment

Novell GroupWise 2014 R2 SP1

Situation

Using WebAccess on either an iPhone or an iPad, users are unable to either reply to a message or forward a message once the device has been upgraded to iOS 10.  Some users are also seeing the issue when trying to compose a new message in WebAccess on the device.

Resolution

This is a know issue that has been resolved by engineering.  The fix is in the currently available GroupWise 2014 R2 SP1 HP2 patch on download.novell.com
