NetIQ Sentinel 7.4 Sentinel Server
Situation
When installing the 7.4 appliance on a computer with 52GB of RAM, an error is received that there is not enough drive space to complete the install.
Resolution
Drop the VM or machine memory to 51GB or below during the install. After the install is complete memory can be set to what ever amount is needed or planned for.
Cause
During the install a 52 GB volume is created for files and the core installation. A swap file that is the same size as the available RAM in this same volume because of this a swap file of 52 GB can be created using up all the volume space.
