Appliance In-Place Migration from v7.1 to v7.3
Current version v7.1 appliance
Load additional v7.3 appliance

On v7.1 appliance select
2 - Novell Service Desk
2 - Migrate / Upgrade
1 - Upgrade Novell Service Desk
enter IP of v7.3

Fails to connect, displays "Communication checks, please wait..."


Appliance In-Place Migration from v7.2 to v7.3
Current version v7.2 appliance
Load additional v7.3 appliance

On v7.2 appliance select
2 - Novell Service Desk
2 - Migrate / Upgrade
1 - Upgrade Novell Service Desk
enter IP of v7.3

Black box processes the version check;
"InboundLocalError: local variable 'check_war_file_version' referenced before assignment"

Returns back to Service Desk Menu without any migration processing.

The In-Place Migration is no longer supported upgrading to v7.3.
