Situation

  • Technician edits or creates an Incident or Request
  • Technician clicks Save
  • The page hangs for minutes before actually saving

Resolution

  • Run a system Re-index from Setup > Privileges > System > Re-index
  • Archive old attachments from /LiveTime/Attachments
