Opening Filr folder on Mac fails and Filr folder unmounts

Novell Filr 2.0
Novell Filr Desktop client 2.0

Situation

On a Mac system, when user tries to open the Filr folder the folder opens then flashes away and is unmounted. User is unable to browse/access the files in the Filr folder.

Resolution

A fix for this issue is available in the Filr 2.0 Hot Patch 3, available via the Novell Patch Finder.
