Make available offline option fails when folders contain unicode extended characters

Novell Filr 2.0
Novell Filr Desktop client 2.0

Situation

If top-level folders contain unicode extended characters (such as à,è,ù,ó), the option to make folder available offline fails. The following warnings may be logged in the filr log file:

2016-06-23 16:12:51,659 [filesync-monitor] [WARNING] Ignoring request to make Dossiers réseau/Groups_abcavailable offline because no sync point could be found or created. (aca.filesync2)

2016-08-09 17:15:30,063 [filesync-monitor] [WARNING] Cannot make Współdzielone ze mną available offline because no folder information could be found. (aca.filesync2)

A fix for this issue is available in the Filr 2.0 Hot Patch 3, available via the Novell Patch Finder.
