Timer already cancelled starting the SOAP driver

NetIQ Identity Manager 4.5
NetIQ Identity Manager Driver - SOAP

Situation

Trying to start the SOAP driver from iManager returns a fatal error "Timer already cancelled"

Resolution

This is caused by a memory leak in Tomcat.
Please restart Tomcat on the server and also update iManager to the latest version which will update Tomcat.
