New ZPM Patch reports not seen after updating to 11.4.2 zrs-resource file

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.4
Novell ZENworks Patch Management 11.4

Situation

After following steps to update ZRS Jaspersoft 5.6 appliance with new zrs-resource.zip from 11.4.2 updated primary, none of the new patch reports are seen.

Information from update log showing the problem:

"/organizations/organization_1/reports/ZENworks/Predefined_Reports/Patch_Management/PatchDetectionNotDeployed" does not exist

Resolution

Contact Micro Focus Customer Care ZENworks Technical Support for a workaround.
