Situation
Standard installation of Change Guardian on RHEL fails.
Executing the installation of Change Guardian on RedHat produces a gettext.sh is missing or does not exist error message.
Resolution
The base OS is missing important RPMs that must be installed to work with the product. Ensure that all required RPMS are installed on the base OS before running the Change Guardian installation.
Cause
RPMs are missing from the base OS that is installed.
