Situation

LDAP browsing fails with error: could not connect to windows data source.

LDAP configuration fails when browsing active directory objects.

Policy Editor crashes when trying to setup LDAP for browsing.

Resolution

To resolve this issue apply Change Guardian hotfix 4.2.0.2 which is available at the following link.

Cause

When you try to add or browse child domains of Active Directory for LDAP configuration, Change Guardian displays the following exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array. The application will be closed.
