Situation
Workstation appears hung after CLE "forgotten password" link is clicked
CLE restricted browser disappears
Clicking outside the restricted browser causes it to go to the background and renders it invisible until alt-tab is pressed.

Clicking outside the restricted browser causes it to go to the background and renders it invisible until alt-tab is pressed.
Resolution
Force the restricted browser Window to be maximized when launched. Do this by setting the following registry value:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NovellRestrictedBrowser
DWORD:
MaximizeWindow = 1
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NovellRestrictedBrowser
DWORD:
MaximizeWindow = 1

Steps to duplicate:
1. Click forgotten password link in CLE 3.9. Restricted browser appears.
2. Click anywhere on the screen outside the restricted browser. The restricted browser disappears.
3. User is not able to login or do anything else on the workstation until alt-tab is pressed, and focus is returned to the restricted browser. Users don't know that they should press alt-tab and think the workstation is hung.
