can't view full report

NetIQ Secure Configuration Manager 6.1


When a completed report is opened and the full report tab is selected, the report is blank.  Data is visible in the Dataview tab. No file is created when the full report is exported in pdf format. FIPS was enabled in this environment.  The following error appears in the snapin.log:
This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms


A workaround is to move the server to an OU where FIPS is not enabled.


FIPS is enabled which prevents the report from being viewed in pdf format
