Mobile devices management displays no devices

When trying to view the list of Mobile Devices under Administration Console > Management > Mobile Devices, the list appears empty indicating that no user has logged onto File using a Mobile device even though several users access the system with their mobile devices.

A fix for this issue is available in the Filr 2.0 Hot Patch 2 and Filr 1.2 Hot Patch 6, available via the Novell Patch Finder.

A disabled user who has previously logged into Filr with a Mobile device causes the entire list to disappear. If the user is restored/re-enabled the list is displayed again.
