Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.4
Situation
SCC Subscriptions don't download.
ERROR (in ZCC):
The wizard cannot continue for the following reason(s): The URL or Credentials supplied in this page is erroneous, Enter valid URL or credentials.

Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.4.3 - see KB 7017820 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.4.3 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7017820
Workaround for 11.4.2: Contact ZENworks Techincal Support, Micro Focus Customer Care for an official Field Test File with fix.
Cause
ZENworks version 11.4.2 or below is unable to download the SLE 12 patches using existing 'SUSE Subscription' or unable to create new Subscription.
This is due to change in the repository metadata at SCC and therefore ZENworks backend is unable to process the response.
