Situation

When using document libraries with the GroupWise Client and attempting to open multiple files of the same type (PDF, DOC, etc), a user may receive the error "This file cannot be found"

Resolution

To work around the problem, the end user must close all files of the same type that have been opened with the GroupWise Client.

This has been reported to development and is likely to be addressed in an FTF after GroupWise 2014R2 HP1

Cause

This is a defect within the program.
