GroupWise plugin is not displaying in Plug-in Installation of iManager

NetIQ iManager 2.7.7
Novell GroupWise 2014

Situation

GroupWise plugin is not displaying in Plug-in Installation of iManager

Resolution

1. Download the GroupWise Plug-in for iManager. At the time of writing this TID, the most recent plugin is GroupWise 2014 for iManager 2.7.7, which can be found at the following link:
https://download.novell.com/SummaryFree.jsp?buildid=-TXWK0ukM94~
2. Install the GroupWise Plug-in for iManager:
  • Login to iManager | Select Configure | Select Plug-in Installation | Select Available Novell Plug-in Modules | Select Add  | Select Browse and select the downloaded npm file | Select OK.
  • Select the GroupWise plug-in from the Novell Plug-in Modules and Select Install | Select Close once it is updated | Select Close
    Note: The downloaded plug-in should be displayed in Installed Novell Plug-in Modules.
3. Restart the web services:
  • On an OES server, restart tomcat  (rcnovell-tomcat6 restart) and restart apache (rcapache2 restart).
  • On a SLES server, just restart tomcat (rcnovell-tomcat7 restart).
5. Logout and login to iManager.
Note: The GroupWise Plugin should be displayed.
