Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11 Database
Situation
The ZENworks database on a Windows OS is not starting.
There may have been a recent change in the registry.
Error Message:
Windows could not start the Novell ZENworks Embedded Datastore service on Local Computer.
Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified.

Resolution
1. Open regedit, and go to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\services\
2. Check the ImagePath keys in both SQLANYs_ZENAuditDatastore and SQLANYs_ZENDatastore
3. Correct one or both entries so that the values in the keys are:
For SQLANYs_ZENAuditDatastore's ImagePath:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Novell\ZENworks\share\asa\Bin64\dbsrv12.exe" -hvSQLANYs_ZENAuditDatastore
For SQLANYs_ZENDatastore's ImagePath:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Novell\ZENworks\share\asa\Bin64\dbsrv12.exe" -hvSQLANYs_ZENDataStore
4. A Restart of ZENworks Services may be needed. Run the command, novell-zenworks-configure -c Start
