How to enable email actions for routing rules

Situation

Actions list is empty in routing rule configuration.
Unable to select any actions in the routing rule configuration.

Resolution

Create Email Notification Groups using the following steps: 
1.) Login to the Policy Editor and select Settings\Email Configuration.
2.) In the email configuration window add a valid email server using the SMTP Host, SMTP Port and other required information.
3.)Select to Add a notification group per the options available. 
*Take special note of the number of events per email as too many can cause the email to be too large. Also including change details can increase the size of the email.  
4.) Save the Email Notification Group. 
5.) The Email Notification Group will display as an Action in the Routing Rule configuration.

Cause

Email Notification Groups has not been configured within the Policy Editor.  The Email Notification Groups that are setup will display as actions or custom actions in the Routing Rule configuration once created. 

Additional Information

This feature will not work if the Change Guardian Server has not been configured with the SMTP settings.
