NetIQ Identity Manager Driver - Multi-Domain Active Directory

Situation

After installing and configuring the Multi-Domain Active Directory driver, the following error is received.

     Status:   Error
     Message:  Code(-9124) Error in vnd.nds.stream://TEST-IDM/novell/system/driverset/MDAD/Publisher/NETQMADENTEX-pub-etp-EntitlementsImpl#XmlData:1144 : Element 'token-map-source-col' not allowed in 'token-map-source-col'.

Resolution

Per Section 2.1 Driver Prerequisites of the Multi-Domain Active Directory Driver documentation

The Multi-Domain Active Directory driver requires Identity Manager 4.5 Service Pack 2 engine & remote loader or later.

  • After installing the IDM 4.5.2 update, the error was no longer received.

Cause

token-map-source-col was implemented with the IDM 4.5.2 update
