Using Active Directory Single Sign On Still Prompts for Password

Environment

Novell GroupWise 2014 R2

Situation

Logging into GroupWise 2014 R2 Post Office Using Active Directory Single Sign On (SSO) still prompts the end user for password.

Resolution

If there is a hostname specified in the login dialog, make sure that it is a fully qualified hostname of the POA.  Ngwnameserver should no longer be used.

Cause

The system had previously been setup to use the hostname "ngwnameserver" to locate the post office prior to implementing Active Directory SSO.
