NetIQ Change Guardian 4.2
Situation
After installing Change Guardian 4.2 the Agent Manager feature has stopped displaying.
Agent Manager no longer functions.
Agent deployment window is blank.
Unable to see icons on the Agent Manager screen.
Resolution
Update the Change Guardian Server to version 4.2.0.1 which displays from the command line as 4.2.0-430. To verify the version of Change Guardian you are running run the following command from the Change Guardian Server command line.
rpm -qa|grep ncg
Cause
The certificate in Change Guardian 4.2 is outdated and will expire 30 days after updating to version 4.2 .
