Situation

When attempting to AirPrint enable a printer you will see the following:




Resolution

No known resolution at this time.  As a possible work around use the iPrint App on the iOS device which can be used to print from applications that support the Open in... functionality.  Another option is to use e-mail printing as documented.

Cause

Micro Focus iPrint Appliance 2.0 supports only one printer model for AirPrint: HP LaserJet 500 color  MFP M570dw.  Micro Focus is working to cause AirPrint to work with more printers.

Additional Information

This issue does not exist in the iPrint Appliance 1.x.  Upgrading from 1.x to 2.0 will cause existing AirPrint enabled printers to no longer work.
