Situation
The Novell ZENworks agent service is stuck in "Starting". Citrix Desktop is also installed on the server.
The following may also be seen in services.msc:
The ZENworks Service does not appear to be running. Please restart the service and try your request again.

Resolution
1. Run "regedit" from the Windows run prompt
2. Create a DWORD registry entry named " MasterImage " in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\Configuration with a default value of 0.
3. Allow time for the ZENworks Agent to start
