Situation
NSD Integration with ZENworks Bundles
Service Desk Console selecting a User Request and selecting Bundles responds with an error:
ERROR:
Urgent: An error occurred whilst loading the bundle list
Log indicates:
ERROR:
[<Date Time>,698]ERROR309502[ajp-127.0.0.1-8009-6] (BundleManager.java:58) - An error occurred whilst initialize the bundle management WebService call .java.net.MalformedURLException: no protocol: <zenservername>/bundleadmin/

Resolution
Verify that the LDAP source name used in Novell Service Desk and
ZENworks Control Center are the same.
NSD LDAP "Name" field needs to be the same as ZENworks User Source "Name"

Setup > LDAP > Active Directory / LDAP Configuration | Name
ZCC Console
Configuration > User Sources | Name
NSD LDAP "Name" field needs to be the same as ZENworks User Source "Name"
