Missing ipp page icons with oes11sp2 to oes2015 upgrade

After migration from OES11 SP2 to OES 2015, the /ipp page printer icons are missing.

Reinstall the novell-iprint-server rpm while the iPrint cluster volume is active on that node. The following command is one option to accomplish the reinstall:

zypper in -f novell-iprint-server

This problem can occur when the upgrade is performed on a node which doesn't have cluster resource loaded.  This scenario results in the iPrint image files (listed below) from being able to copy to the SAN storage.

Running rpm -V novell-iprint-server shows the following missing image files:
