NetIQ Access Manager 4.1
Situation
Customer upgraded from 4.1.1 to 4.2 and after the upgrade when they log into the Admin Console it hangs on the default Dashboard page with the message “Loading” and a spinning circle. They are able to navigate to other tabs but when they go back to Dashboard they see the same problem.
The catalina log file on the Admin Console server shows the following error:
WARNING: A HTTP GET method, public java.util.List com.microfocus.am.server.services.MobileDeviceService.getAllClusterInfo(java.lang.String,java.lang.String) throws com.microfocus.amsvc.v1.sdk.client.ApiException, should not consume any entity.
Tested in on multiple browsers and found issue only appeared with IE.
