Novell GroupWise
Situation
GroupWise WebAccess is not installed. Please install it and run GroupWise WebAccess Configuration again
After installing a package, the configure portion states that the package is not installed so it cannot be configured until after install
Resolution

Re-extract the software package by typing tar -xvf gw14.2.0_full_linux_multi.tar.gz replacing the file name with the tar file being used

Run the install again by changing to the new directorey and typing ./install.sh and proceed with the install/configure

If this is still not working, redownload the software package and follow steps 1-2
