iManager 3.0 loads with error: Your NetIQ iManager 3.0.0 profile cannot be loaded.

Environment

NetIQ iManager 3.0 (Windows workstation)

Situation

Whenever iManager 3.0 workstation version loads from a Windows machine the following error is seen:

" Your NetIQ iManager 3.0.0 profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible "

Resolution

iManager works fine if the OK button is clicked to proceed. 

This has been reported to Engineering.
