Unable to login, error "9505 Your post office is unavailable."

Environment

Novell GroupWise 2014 R2

Situation

You have setup GW2014 R2 system and wanted to test WebAccess. Upon login you get error "[9505] Your post office is unavailable. The post office Agent might not be configured for SOAP. Please contact your system administrator."
The SOAP port is active, configuration of SOAP provider in webacc.cfg is also correct.

Resolution

The fix is available in FTF R2 build 122840 or later.
