Updater Service refresh option missing if connected with Remote Desktop Protocol

Environment

Novell ZENworks 11.4
Novell ZENworks 11.4.1

Situation

The Windows Primary Server desktop is displayed through Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).

Right click on the ZENworks Agent icon does not show the Check for Updates option.

Resolution

This is working as intended.

A system update should only be able to get enforced through the ZENworks Agent options on a Primary Server, if the user is logged-in to the physical device console.

Workaround:

1. Login to the device physical console.
2. Connect to the device using ZENworks Remote Control.
2. Issue zac zeus-refresh on the Windows device command line.
