NetIQ Change Guardian 4.1.1
Situation
Change Guardian agent heartbeat is not current.
Agent heartbeat is not accurate.
Agent heartbeat is delayed.
CG Agent heartbeat only updates after the CG Server reboots.
Resolution
Upgrade Change Guardian to version 4.2.
Cause
An internal issue within the Change Guardian Server caused the agent heartbeat request to not be processed. This issue has been resolved in the Change Guardian version 4.2.
