SLES 11 SP3 based Primary gets upgraded to SLES 12
After upgrade and server restart not all ZENworks services are up and running.

Resolution
Primary Server OS upgrade to SLES 12 is not supported with ZENworks

To migrate to SLES 12, an new Primary Server needs to be installed with SLES 12 replacing the SLES 11 SP3 server. This can be achieved following the Disaster Recovery steps in online documentation.
