Remote Management agent leaves files behind in root of C drive

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.4.1 Remote Management

Situation

Remote management is used with Windows managed devices.
Windows or the Novell ZENworks Remote Management Agent powered by VNC service gets restarted.
On next remote management action a new file gets created on the controlled device. The file is having a 4 character name starting with an s gets. It is created in the root of the C drive containing the ZENworks related CA certificate.

Any older instance of such a file is left behind.

Cause

This CA certificate file is only temporarily required for initializing encryption in the remote management agent. This file should get instantly removed when session encryption got initialized.
