No "open in" option on IOS 9 when trying to print from a document

Environment

Novell iPrint Appliance 1.1

Situation

When trying to print from a document on a mac mobile device running IOS 9,
there is no "open in" option so printing from a document to an iprint printer
on appliance is not longer possible

Resolution

- If you are running 9.0 or 9.0.1, update to 9.0.2 to get it back.
- if you're running 9.1, update to 9.2

If still having this issue, please contact Apple support

Cause

Apple removed the "open in" functionality in IOS 9.
