CLE "repair" option does not update registry

Running the "repair" option in the CLE installation does not update the registry
Unable to change LinkURL by re-running the CLE installation and selecting "repair"

Uninstall and reinstall CLE with the desired changes.  Simply repairing the existing installation will not change the registry settings.

The correct sequence for installing CLE is as follows:
- Install the Client Login Extension Configuration Utility on one workstation
- Run the Client Login Extension Configuration Utility Setup and enter the desired parameters
- Run "IdentityManagerClientLoginExtension_<language>.msi," pushing it out to multiple workstations as desired.
