Situation
The Saving GroupWise Mobility Service Configuration page gets to the part labeled Configuring Device Sync Agent before the below errors appear
An error was returned while calling sync_setup_5.pyc: 1
An error was returned while calling start_mobility.pyc: 1
Resolution
Re-run the installer without special characters in the database password
Cause
There is a bug that does not handle creating a database password with special characters properly in 2.1
