IDM 4.5 - Attach image to email not working in email template

NetIQ Identity Manager 4.5.x


Attaching an image file to an email template does not work in Identity Manager 4.5 when the server executing the driver or job is running on a windows server.   The image file is file is not being added to the email.


This issue will be resolved with IDM 4.6.

The workaround is to place the image file in the eDirectory DIB directory on the server where the job or driver that is using the email template is running.


The image file is not being found correctly in the path specified in the file.

Engineering has been notified of the issue and will fix it in IDM 4.6.
