Access Gateway Service version not reported correctly as 4.0.2 after upgrade from 4.0.1 HF2

Environment

NetIQ Access Manager 4.0
NetIQ Access Gateway Service running on Linux

Situation

Upgraded Access Manager Admin Console and Identity Server to 4.0.2 from 4.0.1 HF3 and everything 
appeared to go fine - versions for the components in iManager show 4.0.2. Admin then upgraded the Access Gateway Service (AGS) from 4.0.1 to 4.0.2 and everything went fine
too - success status returned. However, the version reported in the iManager screen shows 4.0.1 HF2 Looking at the romaIDPDeviceSAXMLDoc, we see that the version was not upgraded. Resolution

Defect reported with engineering. The issue is cosmetic in nature and can be confirmed by running 'rpm -qa|grep "4.0.2"' and verifying that apache and nesp rpms show that version.
