Using IIS for SSO, file editing no longer works in Vibe 4.0

When trying to edit a MS Office file on a Vibe 4.0 site that is configured with IIS SSO, the user is prompted for login credentials repeatedly. The authentication does not succeed and the user is unable to edit the file. In a IIS SSO configured environment, a domain user should not see an additional login prompt when editing MS Office files.

A fix for this issue is available in the Vibe 4.0 Hot Patch 1, available via the Novell Patch Finder.
