Vibe Guest users are directed to the Default Home Page if there is no Guest Home Page defined

Novell Vibe 4.0

Situation

On a Vibe site where a Default Home Page is defined (for registered Local/LDAP users) but no Default Home Page for Guests is defines, the Guest users are directed to the default Home Page. Guest users should never be directed to the default Guest Home Page.

Note: Guest users will only be able to view the default Home Page IF the Default Home Page has granted access to the Guest user.

Resolution

A fix for this issue is available in the Vibe 4.0 Hot Patch 1, available via the Novell Patch Finder.
