Situation

The Filr Desktop client builds it's own set of Root CAs instead of using the Windows / Mac default certificate store.

Resolution

A fix for this issue is available in the Filr 1.2 Hot Patch 1 / Filr 1.1 Hot Patch 3, available via the Novell Patch Finder. With the fix in place, Desktop client will use the default Windows / Mac certificate store instead of building it's own.
