Situation

Standard installation of Change Guardian fails 
This machine does not appear to have a configured IP Address error during installation

Resolution

Ensure that IPV6 is enabled on the target machine however it does not need to be configured.

Cause

IPV6 is not enabled on the OS causing the installation to throw an error.
