Filr appliance continues to use self-signed certificate even after a signed certificate was activated

After applying and activating an official signed web application certificate, Filr continues to use the original self-signed certificate.

A fix for this issue is available in the Filr 1.2 Hot Patch 1 / Filr 1.1 Hot Patch 3, available via the Novell Patch Finder.

The trusted chain is not being set when clicking on 'Set as Active' and the va* files are not being written when clicking on 'Update Certificate Chain'.
