Environment

NetIQ Security Solutions for iSeries 8.1
PSSecure
Remote Request Management (RRM)

Situation

When running PRTTRGPGM PSCOMMON, there are different triggers listed, when the triggers should all be the same.
QSYS_TRIG_PSC800
QSYS_TRIG_PSC810

Collected Entries are blank, even though  the Exit Points are configured and have the Exit Program(s) applied to them.

User rejected, even though there are rules to allow the action.

Resolution

These commands can be run at any time, however be aware that applying the triggers while the system is active may result in some false rejections until all the triggers are fully applied.

Cause

This has been seen primarily when the system is either the source or the target in a HA solution (ie Mimix).
